Taste of Potrero, a benefit for Daniel Webster School, has become the premier event for discovering the Bay Area’s best food and drink. After eight years and 10,000 attendees, the planning committee reached out to Trademark for support moving to a new venue and connecting all the dots, so the committee could spend more time selling tickets and building key relationships with restaurants and sponsors. We brought our strong opinions, production chops, and passion for local food scene to the event, taking care of permitting, branding, logistics, AV, and vendor coordination, so the committee could focus on elevating and expanding the event. We transformed the Midway with vibrant lighting and branding, coordinated with nearly a hundred vendors, and developed a layout that would maximize the presence of participating chefs, bartenders, and restaurants.

Buzzing with the excitement of a live DJ and a packed house, guests enjoyed delicious cocktails from Hendrick’s Gin, Trick Dog, and Boxing Room. There was no shortage of amazing craft beer, with breweries both new and established, including Almanac, Harmonic, Triple Voodoo, and Laughing Monk. Iconic San Francisco restaurants like Serpentine, Bar Agricole, and Nopa put forth their best culinary fare, incorporating fresh local ingredients and their own creative flare into mini delectable bites. Guests seeking heartier fare could sample piping hot wood-fired pizza from Piccino or the whole roasted hog from 4505 BBQ. Humphry Slocombe, Del Popolo, and Dynamo Donuts offered sweet treats, and Poco Dolce and Dandelion Chocolate showed off their finest chocolates – the perfect way to end a night of amazing food and drink in San Francisco.
