Xerocon San Francisco
Xero provides “beautiful accounting software” for small- to medium-sized businesses around the world. They have over 700,000 subscribers worldwide, integrate with over 500 business apps, and partner with 16,000 accounting and bookkeeping firms. For a company that launched in 2006, that is a lot of global growth in only 10 years…and they are just getting started!
Trademark partnered with Xero to produce the US edition of their annual user conference – Xerocon San Francisco (#XEROCON) held August 15-17 at Pier 27 in San Francisco for over 1,000 attendees.
Our directive: demonstrate the Xero Network Effect theme in every event element. Starting with mobile event check-in to easily sharing contact information in the event app, from mobile engagement with event sponsors to applying keynote speaker, Mel Robbins’ 5-Second Rule.
Custom-designed interactive elements in the unconventional Pier 27 event space helped reinforce Xero’s unconventional approach to accounting software and company culture.
Trademark designed an outdoor networking space – The Lawn – where attendees could meet up for a chat at one of the picnic table, play a round of Xero Putt-Putt Golf, or take in a game of Jenga. While inside Pier 27, an interactive photo booth with social medial integration constantly documented the growing network of Xero fans at #XEROCON.
